Company Profile

Robinson Strata Management is a privately owned and operated business, centrally located at the top of Harbord shopping area. Established for over 35 years with the reputation of being the oldest and one of the most respected strata management companies on the peninsula.

All staff members are exclusively focused on strata, community and company title management and undertake training on a weekly basis to ensure that they are always up to date with relevant changes within the act.

Insurance Certification

Every manager is an authorised representative for Corporate Unit Underwriters & Strata Unit Underwriters.

Trades and Services

The core of trades-people used by our company provides a wide range of services at competitive rates. Specialised building and structural experts are also available to provide professional advice on any building problem. However, if required, your own preferred trades-people can be retained.
