Outlined are some of the duties undertaken by us.

Take the responsibility and control of the company and ensure that the management complies fully with current legislation.

Half yearly property inspections.

Issue Share Certificates and maintain the Share Register.

Prepare annual budgets.

Collate tax and BAS returns

Distribute levy contribution notices.

Receiving, banking and accounting for monies of the Company and maintaining books of account as required by the Companies Act.

Maintain investment accounts for surplus funds.

Prepare and lodge annual company returns as required by the Companies Act. Quarterly Financial Statements are supplied to company directors.

Issuing notices of meeting, attendance at all meetings, collation and distribution of minutes.

Keeping and producing records for inspection.

Arrange insurance covers.

Assist the Company Directors with arranging all necessary maintenance of the common property.

Attend to all payment of authorised accounts i.e. cleaners, gardeners, electricity, repairs, etc.

Liaise with the Company Directors relating to all the general complaints normally associated with blocks of units.
Conversion to Strata Title
